Geoffrey Skelley – Will the GOP Win the U.S. Senate in 2014?
According to Nate Silver’s FiveThirtyEight blog, the Republican Party is now a slight favorite to capture the Senate in this year’s midterm elections. While Silver’s prediction made a big splash in the media because of his track record in forecasting winners, he wasn’t the first to say that the GOP has a good chance to seize control of Congress. A growing number of pundits and polls say the Democrats could be in big trouble this year.
