Panel Discussion |
With the White House vetting candidates to replace the late Justice Antonin Scalia and Senate Republicans vowing to block any Obama nominee, we devote our entire program to a discussion on the future of the U.S. Supreme Court. Our panelists are Justin Driver, law professor at the University of Chicago and a former clerk to Supreme Court Justices Sandra Day O’Connor and Stephen Breyer; Melissa Murray, law professor at the University of California at Berkeley, who clerked for Sonia Sotomayor at the appeals court level; and Gabe Roth, executive director of Fix the Court, a non-partisan grassroots organization that advocate for greater transparency and accountability among the Supreme court justices. |
