Panel Discussion

Panel Discussion

With the White House vetting candidates to replace the late Justice Antonin Scalia and Senate Republicans vowing to block any Obama nominee, we devote our entire program to a discussion on the future of the U.S. Supreme Court. Our panelists are Justin Driver, law professor at the University of Chicago and a former clerk to Supreme Court Justices Sandra Day O’Connor and Stephen Breyer; Melissa Murray, law professor at the University of California at Berkeley, who clerked for Sonia Sotomayor at the appeals court level; and Gabe Roth, executive director of Fix the Court, a non-partisan grassroots organization that advocate for greater transparency and accountability among the Supreme court justices.
